OI Summer School is a 10-week series designed to give you the confidence to actually use wine in real life. Not memorize it. Not overthink it. Use it.

Each week, we tackle a different piece of the puzzle from how to taste and identify what you like, to navigating wine lists, shopping smarter, pairing with food, and finally… not ruining a good bottle once you get it home. Register for the classes you need or bring a friend who may need some help.

  • Week 10 — How to Store, Serve, and Not Ruin Your Wine

    You’ve picked the perfect bottle—now don’t ruin it. This class covers the essentials of storing, serving, and handling wine so it actually tastes the way it should. Learn the impact of temperature, when to decant (and when not to), and how long wine lasts once opened. A few small changes make a big difference.
