Sunday Blind Tasting Group
An (almost) weekly blind tasting group covering both CMS & WSET systematic approach to tasting.
6 wines will be proctored blind - 3 whites and 3 reds of classic & testable regions.
Done in a round robin style or solo takedowns depending on group size.
All are welcome to attend - no certification (or plans of) necessary. Also may attend without participating verbally.
Study Hall
The Institute will be open on select days for anyone to come who is looking for a quiet space to study or read.
Access to our library of resource and reference material, anecdotal wine books, flashcards, etc.
This will be a silent space - no music, podcasts, or webinars without headphones.
All phone calls need to be taken in the hallway.
10 minutes of every hour will be used as a "brain break", to ask questions, or discuss. Bring head phones if this does not suit your learning style.
