Retail Hours | Monday–Saturday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm | Closed Sundays

What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing a wine shop or working as a senior sommelier
Solid understanding of wine and a passion for sharing it with others
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics
A hands-on leader who’s adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new platforms quickly

This hybrid concept blends retail and tasting room experiences, and we’re looking for someone who brings passion, leadership, and attention to detail to every shift. As Store Manager, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Sales Director to lead all aspects of store operations, from team development to inventory management, events, and financial oversight. You’ll create a welcoming space for guests while driving business growth and operational excellence.”

What We’re Looking For:
- Deep passion for wine, with strong foundational knowledge of grape varieties, regions, producers, and styles; 2+ years of experience in wine retail or hospitality, with leadership responsibilities preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural leader and team player; Ability to drive sales through thoughtful service and storytelling; Experience with retail technology; Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; Physically able to lift and move multiple cases of wine daily (up to 40 lbs); Wine certifications (WSET, CMS, etc.) are strongly preferred.

This role is ideal for someone with strong wine knowledge, solid retail experience, and natural leadership instincts.”
