The format is open house. Drop in anytime during the event, work your way through the pours and the pairings, and ask our team why Champagne and fried chicken belong together, why BBQ holds up better than you would guess, and which combinations have quietly become favorites around here. We will have bites set up to walk you through the whole range.
One more thing. If you have a bottle you love and want to share, bring it. The more Champagne on the table, the better the night.
