Taste of Smyrna is happening, and we are doing our part. Anytime during the festival, come up to Oenophile Institute with whatever you just ordered, and one of our educators will pour you something that actually fits the dish. Two-ounce pours, five dollars each, no reservation, no commitment.
The format is easy. Show up with your food. Tell us what you are eating. We pick the wine and pour it on the spot. Stay for one pairing or work your way through the festival plate by plate. Either way, you leave knowing a little more about why some pairings sing and others fall flat.
