Learning to recognize aromas is one of the most powerful ways to improve how you taste wine. In this interactive workshop, we’ll focus on citrus and tree fruit aromas—the bright, familiar scents that appear in many white wines. Using fresh fruits, herbs, and other “banker aromas,” we’ll smell, taste, and discuss how these aromas show up in real wines. With five or more wines to explore, the class moves between guided tasting and open conversation, helping you connect what you smell with what you taste. This is a relaxed, hands-on environment where curiosity is encouraged and sensory confidence grows quickly.
