We do require any who wish to take Level 3 without previous WSET coursework to contact Chelsea to confirm preparedness and pervious knowledge for this advanced course.

This WSET Level 3 Award in Wines is delivered in an optional hybrid format to accommodate seasonal travel while maintaining the academic and tasting standards required by WSET.
All sessions are conducted live and in person, with the option for students to attend synchronously via live Zoom. Sessions are recorded and made available for revision purposes; however, recordings are not a substitute for active participation in scheduled classes. Students are strongly encouraged to attend sessions live, either in person or online.
Two course days are designated as mandatory in-person attendance days (May 9th & June 6th). These sessions are required for palate calibration and for the collection of tasting samples for subsequent classes that may be attended remotely. One additional in-person session is strongly recommended (June 27th), as it involves the tasting of sparkling wines, which cannot be provided within standard sample kits.
Students who do not attend a class in person and do not collect tasting samples in advance are solely responsible for sourcing the required wines independently. Failure to attend mandatory in-person sessions or to secure appropriate tasting samples does not constitute grounds for refund, deferral, or special consideration and may adversely affect the student’s learning outcomes and examination readiness.
