Please note a 60 minute midday break will be given each day but lunch will not be provided.

This course is designed to help you attain the following skills by the end of WSET Level 2:
Recognize the primary grape varieties cultivated globally and the different styles produced from them, including sparkling and fortified wine.
Interpret label information to comprehend a wine's quality and style.
Understand general wine cultivation and winemaking techniques.
Refine your tasting skills using WSET's Level 2 Systematic Approach to Wine Tasting (SAT).

To acquire this certification, a minimum of 29 hours of study time is required, which includes:
17 hours of instruction time with a WSET course provider, either in a classroom or online.
12 hours of self-study and review.

Assessment: A 1 hour closed-book examination comprised of 50 multiple-choice questions will be given on the final course day at approximately 3:00pm
