For this community event, everyone brings their favorite spicy dish to share, from mild warmth to full-on fire. OI will provide a lineup of wines designed to test, challenge, and sometimes completely fail against the heat. Together, we’ll mix, match, and see what actually works (and what definitely doesn’t). No structure, no lectures. Just a room full of bold flavors, curious palates, and plenty of conversation. Come ready to taste, share, and discover your own perfect pairing or at least have a great time trying.
